External Participants Video/Audio not working

Hi,

I have an issues with external paticipants and video/audio.

Internal to the network all works well, however when a user is external their audio and video does not work. They also cannot hear internal participants.
Firewall checker shows up all okay.

Am using Pfsense for firewall.

Anything I should check?

Hi Jon,

The connection of the external person is not with your PBX in this case, it is between them and the 3CX MCUs.

Same goes for people in the internal network actually, their PC talks with the MCU directly but you may have a better connection at the office than the one the external users have.

I think in this case, it indicates an issue of the external users having trouble reaching the MCU. The only recommendation I can make in this case is to have them try connecting from a different network and see if they get better results.
