Fail to download files from Management Console

Hey Guys,
I've been trying to download files from the management console (such as: support info, backups, logs, etc.) and I always get the files corrupteds. Always the download is finished after i got only part of the file.
Anyone can help?

Is this a local installation or hosted? Also are you running Windows or Debian? What version PBX are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard under the information column next to the licence info.
