Has anyone encountered this popup before? Or know what it indicates?

Some users are getting this, and have to refresh their webclient before things sync correctly
(e.g. when they've changed their Status, but everyone else doesn't see the change).

(Mostly in Chrome on Ubuntu, but also seen on MacOS)

Hello @SSJ

Perhaps something is blocking the presence information on the web clients and that might be causing this issue. Do you have other machines on the same network that does not have this issue?
Any A/V programs that might be blocking this?

Hi,

Yes, there are other machines on the same network which are not seeing this popup.
Most of the computers are the same hardware/software (Linux), some Macbooks.
It seems quite random which ones experience the error.

I don't feel like it's a blocking issue, in what scenario would you usually see this popup?
Only the built-in Windows Defender is on a few Windows laptops, which actually don't seem to have the issue.

Personally i have not seen this error before so i am not sure what could be causing it. The nature of the error would lead me to a presence or a session timeout issue.

Check the server specifications and make sure that the server has enough resources for the amount of extensions you have. Also make sure that nothing else is running on the server that might be using the same ports. Also if the server is installed on windows make sure that the windows firewall is disabled.
If all checks out and the issue still persists i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look an the issue and determine what is causing this.
