Failing Backups

Hey there
I am experiencing failing backups on my 3cx pbx 8SC with the following error;
'Your 3CX backup failed due to the following reason(s):
Timed out trying to connect!'
My PBX logs are not showing anything specific that can point me to the direction of the cause. Anyone got a clue on where I should look?

are you using a ftp or sftp server? if so, please

1) Disable connection limit on FTP server
2) Disable the connection timeout on the FTP server or increase this value.

Check that the server is remotely accessible.

Maybe , also check if your FTP server is available from IPV6 as well as IPV4 (I got problems when IPV6 was not working on FTP end)
