We have a Yealink T53W assigned to extension 26210 on our hosted 3CX instance (1703.3cx.cloud). The phone successfully pulled its provisioning file, but it remains unregistered with a red square in the admin panel.

I suspect the IP may have been temporarily blocked after multiple failed registration attempts, but since we're on 3CX-hosted, we don't have access to the Security/IP Blacklist tab to confirm. I paid $100 for a support ticket only to be told when I hit submit that only commercial accounts can generate support tickets.

Is there any other option available to me?

I recommend logging into the system, removing the IP phone from the assigned extension, factory resetting the device and updating its firmware to the required version. The current firmware does not support 3CX SBC provisioning as a router phone — please refer to the official guidance here: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/.

After completing the reset, wait 24 hours to allow the IP address to be released before attempting to provision the device again.

I updated the firmware, waited 2 days and tried again. Still getting the same report, it's successfully generating a provisioning file, but the phone still shows up as a red square, no signal etc.

Which Firmware version have you loaded to the phone, please?
