Fanvil DTMF ISSUE

i have fanvil x5u but dtmf is not working on it. could you please help me with that? what setting should i check ?

Firmware version is 2.4.12, i provisioned via provisioning link, and 3cx version is 16

You should upgrade to v18. A lot of DTMF improvements were made in the new version.

@Farkhad1597 DTMF issues can be caused by multiple factors, it's not necessarily the phones fault.

Does DTMF work when you call 3CX voicemail and type your PIN ?

As a start, you should consider upgrading to V18 and seeing if the problems go away.
