Hello Everyone ,
Hope everyone is doing well. i hope someone can shine some light. i wonder if I can program the Fanvil i10s to automatically hang up after the DTMF tone is sent ( to unlock the door strike). 3cx is in the cloud with 3cx. Thanks a lot in advance :)

What is the firmware version of the phone?
Also it is provisioned behind an SBC?

Hello Theodoros
Thanks for the input, yes it is behind the Raspberry Pi SBC and it has firmware 2.4.7. Thanks

From the PBX side this is not possible as it needs to be answered to terminate.

Hello Theodoros
So let me explain this again, sorry english is my second language.
1 So visitor cones to the building and presses the call button on fanvil doorphone
2 Ring goes to the reception desk and receptionist answers the call and presses 5 to send dtmf to unlock the door ( because i programmed 5 on the doorphone itself)
3 Door unlocks for 5 seconds ( i programmed it in the doorphone itself)
Now i want the call to end on its own. Because at that time the visitor is not going to hang up on the doorphone and lets say the reception doesnt hang up by mistake and walks away now the call is connected until the receptionist comes back to the desk and notices it hang up. Hope this is clear now.

From the PBX side this is not something that can be configured. This has to be clarified with the vendor.
