Fanvil i10v is calling but without video. How to enable?

Hello. Tell me please, how to enable camera until calling to Fanvil i53W. Now after push button, Fanvil i10V is going to call, but without vedio. I using 3CX SIP Server

For 24 hours I've been struggling with this question... Please help!

Same problem Installed and connected i10SV ... works but no video.
The guidance advises that video not available through mobile phone, but should work with web or desktop app.

Is the Firmware version correct?

The firmware from 3cx breaks it. I found that if I update to the firmware from fanvil it works fine. i10SV-2.12.44.6

Note: I had to reset mine to get it to take this firmware. 3CX console says that it's unsupported even though it's newer.
