Solved Fanvil i30 doorphone

Hello Everyone
First of all thanks for stopping by and taking the time to help.i have a question ,lets say if i provision the Fanvil i30 with 3cx template and than can i some how tell the phone not to look for the provioning server in the future ? Now why i m doing it because in the BLF key section i can only program an extension for the AUTO DIAL (when someone presses a button on doorphone to call ) So since this customer has a lot of extensions and i dont want to waste one just for doorphone i would like to use the same RIGN GROUP to call which ihave used for other 2 door phones before .So i did the trick and provisioned the phone and after that i looged into the phone itself and changd the BLF key to RING GROUP(thank god i was able to do so and it worked) and now i guess after the reboot after like two weeks now the phone i guess rebooted and privsioned again and customer called me and said that the doorphoen doesnt work anymore .Now my question is again if i can provision the phone once with 3cx and after i want the phone not to look for provisioning server anymore .

Just so you know , i went to the site (since i dont have remote access to devices at the customer site ) so i factroy reset the Fanvil i30 and provisioned it with SBC and it worked and also i made my change after and tried to delete the URL but as soon as i goto next tab after deleting , the info for URL gets populated on its own ,not sure why , i have created a ticket with Fanvil now ,hopefully someone can help, the only reason i wana do change the DSS from internal extension to RING Group is becasue this particular customer has a lot of extensions and system is hosted by 3cx so i only want to create an extension if i have to.

This is entirely unnecessary - you can simply create a custom speed dial and type in the ring group number:
