I'm seeking assistance with an issue involving several Fanvil i30 devices for a client. One device is functioning correctly, but another fails to dial extensions properly; it rings once, then stops. On the 3CX console, a successful call displays both the extension and the name, whereas a failed attempt only shows the extension number, and the phones do not ring. I've tried updating the firmware, using different ring groups, and assigning a DID to an extension, but the problem persists in all cases. Interestingly, dialing my cellphone works without fail every time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What is the firmware version of the device?
Also the call fail to dial all extensions?

Firmware: 2.82.7020

Yes it seems like it will dial any extension 1 time then never again

Is it provisioned locally or behind an SBC?

its behind an SBC, I have also tried setting it up STUN with no change to the issues

Sounds odd that the same device with the same settings on the same system doesn't work.
Can you factory reset the device, if possible reflash the firmware and then try again to see if different outcome?

Alright, I reset the device, reupdated the firmware everything worked for about 2hrs and now it's back to doing the same thing. Starting to feel like a hardware issue maybe?

@NetWorks-Mitch Yes this seems to be limited to the device.
I would suggest that you report this to the Vendor to check further.
