FANVIL PA3 - Template Setting for Line In Mode

We have an issue with some of our Fanvil PA3 paging devices where they lose the manual options we set from the web console when they lose power. We need the Line In mode to be Talking && Local Playback for our Centigix devices. We are trying to modify our 3CX template to automatically change that option back to Talking && Local Playback but I'm not sure if I'm putting the wrong thing into the template or if I'm applying the template incorrectly. I've attached my template to the thread, and you can see the line I've added on Line 2194. I'm almost certain I'm just misconfiguring the template, but I can't seem to find any syntax guide for this device model. If anyone has done this before or knows what I'm messing up in my template, I would appreciate any advice. Thanks a bunch!
