Fanvil phones - CNAM configuration

Hello. I recently switched from Yealink to Fanvil phones and I'm having trouble getting the phones to display the cnam information provided by the trunk.

Does anyone have a tutorial on what I need to switch in 3CX to make the Fanvil phones display the cnam information properly?

If you could see the cnam information on Yealink phones but not on Fanvil then the PBX is configured correctly. What Fanvil phones are you using? Perhaps the display "real estate" does not fit the number and the cnam info. Also do you have the PBX configured to prepend / append any Inbound rules names?
