I have a bunch of Fanvil X6Uv1 phones that are 1 hr behind, our two Yealink phones are correct.

I have set our Timezone in 3cx global settings to Central US, and the individual phone settings in the 3cx phone provisioning are configured to Use Global Timezone. If I change the individual phone configurations from Global to Central, then push to the phones, they update to the correct time. Seems like a bug. Maybe something isn't working correctly in the global settings for DST/CST.

All phones are on current firmware (v2.4.12) with current SBC v18.1.36 and hosted 3cx (v18u6 build 908).

We have identified an issue with this time zones DST settings regarding the Favnil IP phones and are currently in the process of rectifying it.

In the meantime, can you please try the following:

• Login to a webclient with admin rights > click on Admin > Office Hours > Select the Group that the user with the Ip phone provisioned belongs to and from the timezone section > change the time zone from Global time zone > to -6:00 United States - Central Time
• Then navigate back to the management console > Phones node > Select the Phone and press the reprovision button
or reboot the phones

Keep an eye out for our next release, V18 Update 7, that will be out very soon in a few days hopefully.

This will solve the issue with -6:00 United States - Central Time.

Fanvil X7C-V2 also doing the same thing here.

Time Synchronized via (SNTP and DHCP) will not save after I checked the box.
Reprovision and Reboot did not fix it.

But setting the time manually does work. Which is odd.
