Fanvil phone versions - 2.4.7
Has anyone else noticed the following when deploying Fanvil X210, X5U and X6U devices.
Server codec priority set for the phone -
Fanvil codec priority after deployment and several re-provision attempts. This is the result on the x210, X5U and X6U phones.
As you can see G.722 wasn't added and G729 isn't sitting below the G.711 codecs on enabled codecs. Also will opus ever get added to the profile? Since it doesn't seem like the profile is working for the codecs I think that needs to be resolved first.
What is the best way to troubleshoot why it's failing to adjust codec order? I am trying to stay away from deploying a custom phone template, but if the built in template doesn't work I'm thinking a custom template won't work either. I do know the template is working in other ways as it sets up the phone, timezone and enables LLDP.
