Hello All,

I have a half dozen V64 phones at one location. One of them is acting as a router phone (SBC). Occasionally we will get the message "SIP not Registered" on all the phones if they attempt to make a call. We narrowed it back to the SBC phone. We power cycle the SBC phone and then all is well. It usually goes days until it happens again. We are on the latest firmware version supported by 3CX (2.12.15.6). To rule out a power issue I turned off POE to the switch port the phone is attached to and have the phone powered by a wall adapter. This does not seems to have made any change. Is anyone else having such and issue and more importantly does anyone have any suggestions.

Hi,

Since you have V64 models all around, you could alternatively set them all to be SBC phones.
They will each only act as an SBC for themself, and you can then see if the problems go away.

There is a currently known issue however: if the internet goes down for more than 5 mins, the SBC will not come back online. This is expected to be fixed in the next release. The current workaround is a reboot.
