Fanvil V64

Hi I have a site with a Fanvil V64 as a router phone, every few days the phone freezes and the screen goes white and won’t respond until a power cycle and is fine again for a few days

The firmware is one back from the the recommended 3cx as the Bluetooth won’t work

has anyone else seen this ?

Could you share the version number of this device's firmware? Additionally, when the issue is about to occur, have you checked whether the ROM and RAM parameters on the phone's web page have reached their peak or turned red? Furthermore, could you provide a syslog in debug mode for us to analyze?
