Unsupported Fanvil v67 registers when hardwired / times out when connected via wifi

As the title says - I've a Fanvil v67 that works great when it's wired to my router. When I try to connect via wifi I get a "Line Satus: Timeout(STUN:True)" error.

Anyone experienced something similar? Have any idea why it would work over an ethernet connection but not wifi when connecting to the same router?

I'm afraid that model is not supported on 3CX. We only support the V62 / V64 / V65.

In addition, we neither support nor recommend running any of the phones in WiFi mode due to reliability issues.
Even for supported models that may come equipped with it, you must still run them with wired LAN as this is the most reliable method, and the only method tested when the phones are certified for 3CX.

For any users needing to use WiFi, we recommend using our mobile app that has the ability to recover calls even if WiFi drops out briefly, and can also fallback to LTE if needed.

I'm afraid that model is not supported on 3CX. We only support the V62 / V64 / V65.

I'm not sure if it's from Fanvil or VoIP Supply but the listing on Voipsupply lists 3CX as supported on the V67.

I personally think it would be great to have a video phone supported, I get requests from the C Suite every now and then for this functionality.
