Just bought a new Linkvil W611W and we are on a hosted v20 PBX. SBC is on this network and the phone appeared under 'PNP Phones' in 3CX

The phone was assigned to my ext in 3CX and provisioned successfully. There was a process to get it to update to the latest firmware.

I was unable to upgrade to 2.14.2.2 via the 3CX console. It says it completed but remained on an old firmware. To get it to the latest I first installed 2.12.5 then 2.14.0.3, then 2.14.2.19. Once I was on 2.14.2.19 I was able to go up to 2.14.2.22 via the 3CX console.

Now I am trying to get our logo on the device, it is in BMP format with dimensions 320 x 134 24 bit (I assume the maximum was 320 x 240). I upload it to the 3CX console but it wont apply, it remains with the 3CX logo. Trying to upload the new logo directly to the phone UI but I get an 'upgrade failed' on the W611W.

Any suggestions?

Please ensure that your logo is specifically in the format required. That is not a maximum, it is a specific format.
