Fanvil X Series BLFs

Hello,

We recently purchased Fanvil X3SG, X7, and X210 phones. I was configuring BLF's and the light changes to red when an extension is busy (on a call) which is great. However, I was wondering if there is a way for the BLF to be red if the users status is set to Away, DND, basically anything besides for online. The 3CX apps are great for this because they show the users status. Is there a way to have the Fanvil phones show something similar?

Hi James,

This is not possible. The BLFs only monitor the call state of the extension.

The 3CX status is a separate thing that only works with our soft clients.

Thank you for the quick response. Are there any phones that do support the 3CX status' or is it strictly the 3CX app / soft clients?

It's strictly the 3CX apps in this case, so there are no hardware phones that support it I'm afraid.
