Fanvil X305 with emergency buttons in high density environment

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the Fanvil X305 paired with the KT series emergency buttons in a high density environment like a retirement or nursing home?

I'm wondering how well they would cope with the interference from each other in this kind of setting.
