Fanvil X3SG Pro - Logo Option Not Showing Up In Dashboard

We currently have an installation using the Enterprise license. Under the phone provisioning the option to upload the logo is not there. The firmware is up to date. The only issue i can see is when 3cx adds the phone it shows it a Fanvil X3 not a X3SG. Also under the model in the phone list is shows X3SGPRO. I have one phone which its model says X3SG_PRO and this phone has the upload logo options.

Anyone know why 3CX is not showing the upload logo. Also why is the Model different on all phones but one?

First install the 3CX approved firmware.

The firmware out of the box is entirely wrong and will be mis-detected as a plain X3
