Fanvil X3U/X4U DHCP Option 66 Provisionning

Hello,

I would like to provision my Fanvil phones with DHCP Option 66. I'm using a Windows Server as DHCP server and i enabled the DHCP 66 Option.

However, though i correctly put the provisionning link as a string in my DHCP 66 Option. My phones does not get any accounts or settings from 3CX despite the fact they have an IP address and they are properly registered in my DHCP as I can see their DHCP leases.

Since i'm using Windows, what should i put as a DHCP 66 string ? Only the provisionning URL or something like mentionned here (a string like http://single.cyprus.local/provisioning/ylqd9x1eid/Config{MAC}.cfg )

Hello,

Try the following:

First add a device and the phone's MAC under your extension manually.

From the same page, copy the provisioning URL you see there, and put it in your DHCP server (not the one you typed above).

Thanks for your reply.

I added the device and put the provisionning URL in my DHCP 66 Option. I don't have anything at all, my phone is not provisionned : i can't find any settings from 3CX in my phone.
