Fanvil X4U BLF Issue - FW 2.2.13

We got 11 Fanvil X4U. Upgrading to 2.2.13 as firmware request by 3cx. Randomly we got issue with 4 and 5th BLF key that stop working after about 24 hours. A rebbot or a manual reprovisioning fix it for about other 24hours. Stroking on them show the config pannel on the lcd. Now switching back to 2.2.11 to check if a firmware problem.

I have checked our X4U and it appears to work ok on the 4th and 5th BLF when using version 2.2.13

Can you tell us some more details, like if this happens after some hours pass, or if it happens after you do something specific (like editing BLFs in management console and reprovisioning)

Or will it just work ok for a day and then stop?

From our check after about 24 hours from last reboot or manual reprovisioning.

Just a follow up with 2.2.11 firmware all BLF are working with no issue.

Somewhat related perhaps. After upgrade to 2.2.13 on my Fanvil X5U, the BLFs set up for BLF (in my case, #5-8) were not working. BLF#10 (set to Custom Speed Dial) worked as expected.

Pressing the BLF button would present the setup page on the phone. On the admin page, Reprovision did not do anything as far as I could tell. Rebooting (using admin page) restores everything to working as expected-- I will keep and eye and check on it in 24hrs.

New firmware has now been released which addresses the issue.
