After upgrade, we note this issue. Not a big one but tedious. On BLF (secondary display 6 keys) we have configured 2 page with a total of 11 keys. With the previous firmware we see only 2 page now after the upgrade we see all the 5 page also if no key is showed becouse no key is configured in that page.

Yes this is true, they added more pages in this version.

The pages do still appear even with no keys configured (even when the phone is reset and left unprovisioned) so this is normal. It is the same in other models too (ie. X4G which has different firmware).

Yes but i can delete the page empty from the web config. But when reprovising the come back again! It's tedious due to cycle between 3 empty page!!! On firmware 2.2.11 this issue is not present!.

Understood, it's an inconvenience now, but I think the previous firmware was not correct because it only allowed 12 instead of 30 BLFs on the secondary display (the phone is advertised to have 30).

I checked the phone but I don't see any method of hiding the extra pages via configuration, it appears to be part of the firmware and is hardcoded in.

Either way, this is a decision made by the manufacturer so you would have to contact them directly if you want to pursue this further.
