ok, but before going ahead with this, kindly check if the system meets 3cx v18 requiremnets

OK, before goin ahead can you check if the system meets 3cx requirements.
I see you are having a lot of problems here. Maybe it's time to start again from scratch.

Normally you should not be having these issues, so I don't know what is wrong with the machine and it is not worth spending more time troubleshooting.

1. Format the server, and put Windows 10 only (do not install any programs at all - only Windows 10)
2. Then install a fresh 3CX V18
3. Factory Reset your phones, one by one, and begin assigning them to new extensions.

When you have 2 phones ready and assigned, make a call between them, and see what is happening.
I was able resolve it without having to uninstall the 3cx, using this solution from another thread on the forum platform.

Edit all your extensions, Under Options >> Troubleshooting >> enable PBX Delivers Audio and press Ok to save

Then try one more time to check
Anyways, as your mentioned , these were already enabled

Ok if they are already enabled but you still have one way audio, your most likely problem is something blocking the audio.

If you cannot find this by yourself, you will probably need the help of another partner or 3CX support to troubleshoot the networking.

I don't think there is much more we can do from the forum.

Yes , i know something is blocking it, and i suspect the router. But i cant seem to figure what exactly to do to make the audio pass. Can you please check the router for me and see if there is a configuartion which needs to be done. A 4G router- DLINK DWR 921

While we can provide you with general advice for 3CX things, we cannot help you when it comes to the networking. This is something that you have to take care of. That's why I suggested you get help from someone like another 3CX Partner.
