Fanvil X6U - Handset not on hook message

Occasionally, the X6U phones on a new v18 install will show a "Handset not on hook" message that has to be cleared by hitting the cancel button. They are all behind an SBC, I have had their firmware's updated before a factory reset and provisioning with the default template. Has anyone else seen this? I haven't been able to reproduce this on-demand, it only happens randomly.

Hi Corey,

I have one sitting on my desk running FW 2.4.12 but have not noticed the message.

Perhaps some of them are indeed not seated well or the hook switch may be compromised in some way (also noteworthy in case you use any external hook devices). Try lightly shaking the set to see if it triggers the message through a bit of motion.

I will also keep a closer eye on mine today just in case I can also catch it doing the same.

We don't have any external hook devices. Phones are all brand new and hook switches seem fine. Lifting the handset and putting it back down seems to clear the message. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce the behaviors on-demand, it only happens randomly.
