Hi, I am newbie on this subject. I managed to get the system operational on the 3CX app and SIP Provider. I can send and receive calls, my different users can receive calls on their cell phones, the automatic answering machine works too. Everything seems fine.
Why not plug in some Ip Phones then? I bought the Fanvil X6U, verified the version (B V2) and plugged the phone on a small TP link PoE Switch.
I provisionned the phone with the Mac Address and it seemed to work since the setup got through.
But I keep getting SIP Register Failed messages. If I hit the line with the setup, I get INVALID LINE.
And, most frustrating, after a while, my IP gets blacklisted at 3CX for 24 hours and then all testing process stops until tomorrow.
Any idea where to dig?
3CX Version, Web version?
