FANVIL X7 No video from Fanvil 16 Intercom

From a Yealink T58V I can get 2 way audio and 1 way video from the intercom no problem.

The X7 on the other hand displays loading
RTSP on and checked with VLC
ONVIF on
Preview=ON
Payload 117
H.264 Selected

Baseline Profile: No video any phone
Mainline Profile: Video on web app and T58V

Researched several threads with suggestions and tried them all but NOJOY

Same issue same setup and I see no resolve to any of these posts?
3CX v18 Hosted in own cloud. Fanvil i16v intercom phone and Fanvil X7C-V2
Video refuses to sream to X7C-V2 we juat get a blank screen.
