Fanvil X7 Phones Rebooting When On A Call

I have 2 Fanvil X7 phones, that are rebooting when the users are on calls.

The phones are connected to the internet, and from the phone to the users pc. When the phone reboots the internet doesn't drop on the pc.

Firmware is 2.4.12

It's not happening all the time but enough for the customer to complain about it.

System is a hosted instance in Lightsail running 18.0 update 5 build 418.
