We recently got a new batch of Fanvil X7A delivered with Firmware Version 2.6.0.1153. 3CX displayed these phones as PNP Phone.
One couldn't properly asign the phones to an extention. It was not possible to upgrade/downgrade firmware via 3CX. So we had to try fix the FW conflict via uploading firmware from the phone webpage.
A downgrade to 2.6.0.613 or 2.6.0.1282 leads to the phones being unreachable via the phone page of the device. The Android software displays that the phone gets an IP address, but when you click on the Fanvil own part of the system, it displays 0.0.0.0.
A reset and clearing of all user/device settings with the android surface, is impossible. You can not even get it to reboot. You have to remove power supply to reboot.
We are now trying to hard reset the phone.
