Solved fanvil X7C unable to upgrade firmware to 2.4.19

We are unable to upgrade the firmware of one of our Fanvil X7C.
The "Dashboard" shows a message "1 Unsupported Firmware". Clicking on it gives the following message:

When clicking "Upgrade" un the Users page, the phone reboots but does not Upgrade...

has anyone seen this issue before, and was able to resolve it?

if you try to manually upgrade the form is still the same? The supported firmware is 2.4.19 and your is 2.4.13 this is a v1 model right? you may need an intermediate firmware before going to the supported one, if that is the case, then please contact fanvil so they can provide you that file.

I contacted Fanvil and they sent me the correct firmware updated via USB and it now is working.
