blacklisting is when my IP has been blocked from my 3cx cloud ? https://9999.3cx.cloud/ (fake number used).

You can either wait for 24 hours to be auto-removed or open a support ticket.
Please ensure that you are using an SBC for the provisioning to avoid such issues.

banned again ! (despite using the SBC).
I think it was because I didn't factory reset between attempts to get it working.

you can do this by Holding the [OK] button ... and then a prompt comes up Factory Reset ? (and you use the buttons to select Cancel or OK.

in Menu \ Advanced \ Maintenance \ 1.AutoProvision \ 4. Static provisioning server \
9999.3cx.cloud is listed as the Sever

and the 6. File Name is still there with the .cfg file.

Not much of a factory reset !
I just manually deleted this AutoProvision.
