We presently, for close to two years now, have two different phone systems in house; one analog (Norte Networks) and one IPBX (3CX). Our only wish is to get rid of that Analog PBX, but the reason why we are still using the Analog one is that it does something that we were not able to get from the IP one...
For years We have had our Analog PBX detect, through the Auto attendant, FAX calls on all lines and routes them accordingly to the appropriate extension, our FAX server.
Two years ago we got the Grandstream GXW 4104 gateway to work with our 3CX and hoped it would solve our issue but it did not...
I would like to know if anyone can help us to get Fax Auto Detection on every line connected to our GXW4104 so it can route all of these FAX calls to the appropriate "Extension" on our 3CX.
If anyone has an idea on how to achieve this with some other needed hardware, please let us know. The only thing is that we would like to keep our 3CX server to do that...
