Fax WAN block (SBC installed)

Hello, I'm having similar issue as https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/adding-fax-extension-now-gets-block-wan-request-in-v20.127343/ however we do have an SBC in place.

Fax extension programmed onto Grandstream FXS gateway and we have SBC on site, but logs are filled with "Reason: Block WAN requests is ON."

Is the ata configured to use the sbc?

Yes the FXS is configured to use the SBC. The other analog extension we have programmed works with no issues.

The log "block wan requests" is for which extension?

308 which is the extension we have configured for the fax.

Sounds like ata isnt provisioned correctly. Copy the provisioning link to the ata again und try after that.

I'd start by upgrading the ancient firmware and factory resetting the device.

If that was the case, wouldn't both of the extensions not be working that are programmed?
