is there a schedule for additions after your initial release this month?

Hello spamoni. I didn't get a chance to welcome you to the forums so, welcome. Interesting suggestions there. Fax is something that alot of people have asked about, but fax support is not something we are considering right now. I suggest you have a look at a separate product if you want full fax functionality. GFI faxmaker might be a good option.

Conference room will not be included in free or small business edition version. It is something we might consider implementing for other versions.
