This feature is available under iOS but not under Android, and is very handy for calling when in low reception areas where VoIP quality is poor but mobile network calling quality is still good (eg 1 bar 4G, 2 bars 3G or 2/2.5G).
A tech support request was raised with 3CX team for this, and has been confirmed this is not currently a feature.
This is, however, available on iOS version of the app, by tapping the ellipsis next to a contact's phone number and selecting Dial via GSM from the pop-up menu.
