Feature Request: Add an "Impersonate User as Department Admin" Option

Hello,

Currently, on my 3CX Multi-Tenant server, to manage and upload audio files for my customers within their respective departments, I need to follow the procedure below:

1. Go to the Admin console, then Users.
2. Select a user belonging to the target customer's department.
3. Edit that user and temporarily assign them the Department Admin role.
4. Click the three-dot menu for that user and select Impersonate User.
5. Once logged in as the Department Admin, perform the required changes and upload the audio files.
6. When the changes are completed, exit the impersonation session.
7. Return to the Admin console.
8. Edit the user again and change their role back to User.
9. End of the process.

This procedure is relatively time-consuming for a common administrative task.

Feature Request :​

Add a new option in the user's three-dot menu: "Impersonate User as Department Admin"

Proposed New Workflow :​

1. Go to the Admin console, then Users.
2. Click the user's three-dot menu and select Impersonate User as Department Admin.
3. Once logged in as the Department Admin, perform the required changes and upload the audio files.
4. When the changes are completed, exit the impersonation session.
5. Done.

This enhancement would significantly simplify the daily administration of Multi-Tenant environments and eliminate the need for temporary role changes that are only required to gain access to departmental administration functions.
