We have a "new" issue with the 3cx licenses restricting the amount of extensions. This site in particular, has a number of contacts that we have setup as Users (with mobile forwarding), when in fact we are using the users as a clean way to manage contacts. In their case, there are a couple users that have Button boxes attached to their phones, with 30-40 external contacts on the BLF keys. There is not another clean way to do this, that I am away of, without manually entering ALL of their info into Custom Speed Dial keys. We HIGHLY suggest a feature request to allow contacts to be used on BLF keys. I know I probably don't stand alone in this scenario.
