Feature Request: Caller ID Name by Department

Can you plaease add the option to present the caller name to the provider by department? there are so many options to change which number to present, but only two for the name that will be presented: Custom entry from the trunk, or the name of the user.

This limitation forces us to sometimes brings more than one provider just to be able to display two company names.

This will be very helpfull in the muli=titenant in particular.
