Feature Request for Open Dialer Hotkey

Hello 3CX!!!

I really like using the Open Dialer Hotkey — it’s a great feature!
However, I’ve noticed that the 3CX window only comes to the foreground when other tabs (like Teams, Contacts, Recent, or Chat) are active.

If the Keypad tab is already open, pressing the Open Dialer Hotkey doesn’t bring the 3CX window to the front.

Could you please adjust this behaviour so that the hotkey always brings the 3CX app to the foreground, regardless of which tab is open?

This would make the hotkey much more consistent and user-friendly, especially for people using automation or quick-dial setups.

I am not sure i understand you correctly... Your keypad is already in forground. What do you exptect the hotkey will do? Or is the keypad something else and not the softphone?

I just updated to the latest version 5.3 (990) and it working. It may have been a bug but its working now as intended. Basically if the keypad was selected the 3cx app would not come to the foreground in windows.
