We have a client that utilizes the 3CX PWA for all of their locations and extensions. They currently have queues that are built per location that forward over to a regional queue. Once the call hits the second queue, any integrations (CRM link) do not follow the call since the second queue sees the call coming from the first queue, not coming from the first caller. They request that integrations be allowed to hit all subsequent queues.
