Hello,
I would like to suggest an improvement related to call queues,
with a specific focus on **3CX Multi Tenant environments**.
### Requested improvement
Add a **“Scheduling / Office Hours”** option directly at call queue level,
allowing queues to have **their own specific working hours**,
similar to what already exists for users.
### Multi Tenant–specific limitation
On **3CX Multi Tenant servers**, a customer can only have a single department.
This makes it impossible to manage multiple schedules when the customer has
different services (support, sales, reception, on-call, etc.)
with different working hours.
Currently, handling this requires:
- multiple inbound rules
- Digital Receptionists or Call Flow Designer
- workaround extensions or complex routing scenarios
### Expected behavior
- Each call queue can define its **own office hours**
- Configuration similar to user office hours:
- Working hours
- Break times
- Calls reaching the queue outside its defined hours would be routed to the
queue’s “Out of Office” destination
### Use cases
- Multi Tenant customers with several services and different schedules
- Support or on-call queues
- Internal service queues not aligned with company-wide office hours
- Simplifying configurations without complex call flows
Queue-level office hours would significantly improve flexibility,
readability, and ease of configuration, especially in Multi Tenant environments.
Thank you for considering this request.
Alain.
