We have a customer asking for a report which displays how long an user has been on a specific status (e.g., Available, DnD or Away).
We know when a status change happens, per default users get logged out from a queue. So we currently get the data from the Agent Login History report, which tells us when a status change happened and users get logged out from a queue. However, this is also not 100% accurate as users can also log out from one queue and still be on Available status (and potentially be logged into another queue).
Is there any way to implement this report or am I overlooking another report which already reports on this matter?
