TAPI also working for desk phone mode. So you can place calls from outlook so you don't have to enter them on your desk phone.

Something like SIPTAPI but integrated with the 3CX VOIP client.

It works for me in Deskphone mode. 3CX version 3.1, Cisco 7941 phones and Outlook 2003.
