Solved File Transfer in Mobile apps - this feature is unavailable, but it is necessary

As I shared in https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/file-transfer-not-available-in-mobile-app.77899, I have tried to change my internal process to avoid use webmeeting conferences in mobile apps, but I couldn't because according to ours Doctors some patients have mobile device (mobile phone), but they don't thave a laptop or desktop.

File transfer is something we are not looking in to at the moment for our apps.
Mobiles are general designed to consume streams and presentations.
