File Upload Issue

Hi There,

Anyone have any idea why I would be receiving this error?

Not able to use the share file in chat feature.

Linux cloud hosted 3CX updated to latest version etc.

Hi there,

Could you let us know what server you're connecting to in WebMeeting? Go to the settings cogwheel inside your meeting and click on 'Info' and you can see the server you're connecting to.

Hi Leonidas,

Thanks for the quick response. See attached.

I've has to switch to the London server as the local server do not seem to allow connection and keep saying "Reconnecting Media" when I use them. Would prefer to use the local servers.

Please check the actual server you connected to. The preferred one may not necessarily be where you will end up:



You need to click the gear icon from within the meeting you are currently in session with.
