Firewall problem

Im having problems with my system. this have oneway audio only. the firewall test shows errors 4,6,8 & 10 for 9000-9015 ports. I have a SpeedStream5200 modem router. can nay help me with this??

What firewalls are you using please?

The following ports need to be open on the firewall:

SIP 5060 - 5080
RTC 10000 - 20000 Required for your audio.
RTC 9000 - 9003 Required for your audio.
STUN 3478

This are a lot of ports, open them and than start restricting your range once you got the phone working.
