Firewall test fail

Bit of a weird one. New machine on Azure with linux. The firewall test shows the following:

• resolving 'stun-eu.3cx.com'... done
• resolving 'stun2.3cx.com'... done
• resolving 'stun3.3cx.com'... done
• resolving 'sip-alg-detector.3cx.com'... done
• testing 3CX SIP Server... failed
  • stopping service... failed (How to resolve?)
• testing 3CX Tunneling Proxy... failed
  • stopping service... failed (How to resolve?)
• testing 3CX Media Server... failed
  • stopping service... failed (How to resolve?)

If I got into services I can see that I can't stop or restart them, which is odd as I have a few other servers running the same and they're fine! What could it be?
Everything seems to be working fine on the system

Fixed it... Looks like I broke something within linux
