Firmware update T46G not working

Hi all,

Since the upgrade to v15.5 SP2 a lot of phones say they need to be upgraded, I do click but nothing happens.$

There are some behind a SBC others direct.

Any idea where I can find some info's.

Current FW : 28.81.0.110
New FW : 28.82.0.20

The firmware is present on the server :

I have similar phones with Linux as well, and no problems. Did you highlight the phones and click +firmware? Did you try manually updating from the web client?

Whenever I have this problem I do a factory reset. Helps in 99% cases.
