Firmware wont push out :(

Hi

v20 U8 B680 Alpha

I got 11 Fanvil V65 phones set up as router phones running 2.12.22.5.1.

When I go to push out the FW's, they're not updating.

provisioning/xxxxxxx/firmware_new/fanvil and firmware/fanvil doesnt contain any firmware.

can I stick it in there and try again?

oh, i didnt even notice it was higher.

This is what they shipped with.

will 3CX catch up or do I have to manually downgrade these?

Do you have any idea how I can get these on to 3CX firmware?

I tried the normal way and it didnt work.

We don't often use Fanvil but in the very few cases over the years where a phone have arrived with later firmware, they have worked fine as far as we could tell, so we just let it be and 3CX eventually released that or a later version (I don't recall which). I think one was a Grandstream speaker? Usually Yealink arrives with older firmware. For a couple of Fanvil door phones specifically, we had intentionally loaded much later firmware to enable a specific option to connect to a controller to open the door, and that's been fine, and I think that eventually caught up also.

My general understanding is firmware is approved by the manufacturer not 3CX so it might be a question for them as to when it will be on 3CX's list.
